Remember when famous people really did something to earn their fame. Actors defined their fame in an Academy winning role performed in a blockbuster movie. Singers defined their fame with their recorded Grammy award worthy songs. Reporters defined their fame by covering news breaking stories that would change the world. But now a days, all you have to do to be famous is to do NOTHING, but you have to be Hot while doing it. How did we as the viewing audience allow such a thing to happen? Why are we so interested in bratty rich kids living off their family wealth and partying all the time or women who have 45 kids and claim they are not going crazy. These people are not performing in a brilliant movie, not singing a breathe taking song, and not reporting any life changing events. Every time you turn your television on now, you will see endless nonsense about people that are basically meaningless, but yet we can't seem to change the channel. The media wouldn't show it, if we the people didn't watch it. So yes we are the blame for the Fame Mess we have created.
